The art therapy day aims to help you release your creative side, ease distress, increase awareness, resolve conflicts, and/or cope with trauma. Art therapy days can help you to manage and resolve emotional problems, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, bereavement, depression, anxiety, feeling stuck, health problems and general life struggles. Our days are life enhancing for everyone of all ages and from all walks of life.
